There is no law to say that a top ten gold miner can’t diversify - look at Polymetal - another Russian and according to their site a top ten gold miner globally. They have their “first” PGM asset and what they describe as one of the words largest open-pittable deposits at Viksha.

I’d be surprised if NN didn’t end up being the buyer for most of the assets but there are different parties showing interest so be interesting to see what transpires!

CS describes advancing several transactions concurrently so we’re either advancing several transactions for the same assets and have the potential of being part of a bidding war or several transactions for different assets while being in the final stages for the May proposal. All while continuing to add value to Eurasia on the operational front as described by James. Pressure is on the buyers IMO. Very exciting times.

Would the ability to process 16M tons of ore per annum and 2 open pits at FT in itself justify the use of “mega-cluster of the international level for the extraction of platinum group metals”?

Gold prices fell in the third quarter of 2021, and along with them stock quotes went into negative territory - the NYSE Arca Gold BUGS gold mining index lost 14% for the quarter. However, with the general downward trend, there are those who have grown.
Eurasia Mining added 27.6%
I-80 Gold - 23.5%
Capricorn Metals - 19.0%

? Eurasia Mining jumped 32% at the end of August to publish an update on the project at the Nude field, which the company is developing together with Rosgeologiya. Eurasia Mining reported on August 26 that an additional drilling program has been completed at Nude and a Wardell Amstrong consultant has been hired to assess the block model of the field and to prepare a report of the competent person.
Later, on September 1, the company also reported that block models and career optimization are ready for six licenses out of nine, which have been developed jointly with Rosgeologiya since March 2021. The total resources for them are estimated at 105 million ounces in platinum equivalent. In addition, the feasibility study of the Montchetundra project is in the final stages of preparation.
By September 21, Eurasia Mining shares had lost all their growth, although on September 15, a Montetundra development plan was published, according to which the annual ore processing capacity was increased from 1 million tons to 1.7 million tons. At the first stage, it is expected to produce 128 thousand ounces in palladium equivalent per year - excluding flanks and licenses, work on which is carried out jointly with Rosgeologiya.
Euraisa Mining shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), but the company operates in Russia, produces platinum at the Western Kytlym placer field in the Sverdlovsk region.

Perhaps not Dmitryscousin but when does it become price sensitive? When the Jorc is done on Rosgeo’s asset or when that asset has transferred to EUA?

I’ve seen things are not looking good with COVID in Russia Caw. Puts things into perspective when people complain about being bored or the SP drifting. That being said, Russia hasn’t locked down completely because they want the economy to be strong so the licenses will come. If we are waiting to announce Jorc and licenses together then any delays on license side won’t stop the deal side from being finalised in principle either. Personally I’d be happy to wait longer for one big RNS, assuming that’s what’s coming and close it all off with the kind of RNS that shareholders would want to print off and frame.

Artem was also at the Hydrogen Russia and CIS event this week based on his linkedin update. I couldn’t see the full participant list on the event site as you have to email off for it so not sure if was representing EUA there as well or just his own co. NN we’re there though along with some others that DS has been tweeting about:

Russia: Rosgeologia discovers large-scale platinum group metal deposits in Murmansk Oblast

“ According to local reports dated January 12, 2018, North-West PGO (under Rosgeologia) announced that it had 520,000 nickel in the Monchegorsk mining region (Nittis-Kumuzhya-Travyanaya and Nyud-Moroshkovoe areas) in Murmansk Oblast in 2017. We discovered resources of 5,000 tons, 464,000 tons of copper, 29.5 tons of platinum, and 133.9 tons of palladium. The survey was conducted in an area with a total area of 24.8 km 2 . According to the geoeconomic evaluation, the ore deposit was effective for both open-air and underground development, and further geological survey was recommended.
The site has well-developed infrastructure, is close to Nornickel's processing company, and has copper, nickel, and platinum group metal deposits, and evaluation work (calculation of reserves and balance sheet of the National Mineral Commission). It is expected to be added to the list of top priorities (including recording in).”

JN said that the potential for the JV areas was more evident following the confirmatory work done by WA so should be worth the wait for the Jorc.

Don’t mind the odd leak to pass the time! As far as MOT concerned, no need since the ship was upgraded following the Rosgeo JV. Certificate now details ship capacity being upgraded from Maximum Shareholder Value to Superior Shareholder Value.
