I certainly hope patience will be rewarded! First bought in Nov 2017, and have carried on. Highest price paid 4.53, lowest 1.94, average 3.03. Quite liked the last week or so - only 20% down now, with hope that at last everything may be falling into place. Certainly don't want Mr. Musk buying the lot for 15p, as I think they should be worth more eventually.

I see that both yesterday and today there were some chunk trades report after 5pm ~1.9 million in each case. Any ideas about what these might signify?

I too kept hold of all my shares. (Not a huge quantity - would probably been an "all or nothing" decision), as I am pleased with the progress so far. The latest post from rivaldo helps reassure me that I may have taken the right inaction!

I asked for (and got) 1500 shares. You are right - it was just a minimum for £1000. There were many RNS messages yesterday about director buys - mostly well above the minimum!

Given the way that this company has performed since I first bought in (Feb 2017), I am tempted to ignore the tender offer and hang on to my shares for the foreseeable future. I would be interested to know what others are likely to do though.

As far as I can tell from my broker, the deal is to let them know how many shares I want to but at 1.33, with a minimum of £1000. Not lots of £1000 each.

Wasn't indecisive for long - added ~130k shares at about 1.9p. I think that I probably have reasonable patience - first bought in back in the 4p days. Hoping to get back there or beyond (before today, my average was down to about 3.25).

I am torn! On the one hand, everything sounds really positive, and that with time this will do really well. On the other hand the share price still keeps slipping (and I already have more HZM than is strictly sensible in a balanced portfolio!) Maybe I'll add a couple of £k at this price - should bring my average down a bit!

Too soon - not got this year's money in my ISA yet! (Not complaining really :-) )

There was a brief thread earlier about record 1-day SP rise - not sure what it was (and can't be bothered to scroll back that far) but I have somewhere around 16% in mind from one poster.

Just hoping that they'll wait until after the new ISA year has started!

Also, to answer AFPs last point, I have a quick look at Statkraft UK's website, and the certainly are announcing the deal. Couldn't see any mention of exclusivity though...

I know that the RNS on March 14th was quite long, but it did contain all the information (with the exception of the name of the partner). There was a section towards the bottom that talked about the commercial state of play, which also includes details of the pipeline and the 72 units sold. I guess that a lot of people either didn't trust RedT on their prospects (understandable, given history), or just saw the fund raise share price and panicked. I must confess that I almost bailed out towards the bottom. The only thing that stopped me was the fact that at ~90% down, I wouldn't have got much back anyway!

The circular and presentation were on the RedT website - under Downloads in the Investors section. The slides only really say the same as the circular, but with fewer words!

Having read through the presentation and accompanying circular, I guess that the "incentive" for investors to subscribe are mainly that if they don't there is a risk that the 1.35p now will become 0.0p in the near future!

Also, the claim by RedT is that if they raise the money, the company may get to the point where they are actually delivering machines to customers (eventually).

I guess that it is for each investor to decide for themselves whether to take up the rights or to cut and run. Having lost over 80%, I am not sure that I would want to chuck more money in on the off chance that this comes good.

Just wondering if part (or all) of the reason for the trading interest today was that the shares went ex-rights yesterday?
Apparently for every 7 current shares (@~1.3p/share) we get the right to buy 1 new share for 2p.

Not entirely sure that's good value for money - but presumably if I now sold all of my existing shares, I would still "own" those rights.

Mildly surprised they are not higher given that the asset value per share is higher than the share price. That would imply that the market is placing zero (or negative) value on the companies ability to make money by turning around these assets. That doesn't seem to be supported by history. First bought in here in Feb 2016, so I am somewhat up on my initial (small) investment, but would like to see more! I guess that's the risk with sparsely trading "micro-cap" shares.

We had a TR1 from CF on March 5th, taking them from 8.19% to 0.29%. Also, traded volumes spiked up at the beginning of March, but have since subsided. I suspect that this means that are out already. Although volumes remain slightly elevated compared to before CF selling out, they are a fraction of what they were over those couple of days.
