If laughable if anybody actually thinks he's actually holding any Aminex shares too !

They are not directly involved but there's a lot of folk waiting for the FID from ARA so they get paid for selling their share of the licence.

Plus what I forgot to mention is they must have or about to make the FID which for me is a very big moment for both Aminex and Scirocco.

I would imagine that most of the ESIA would have been completed prior to this tender as it would have been a requirement for the 25 year development licence. My take on this tender is it is mainly for drilling purposes with the mention of operator certificate changeover etc so hopefully it's a precursor to the start of the drilling work!
