Ok my answer to that is simple, whilst I don't like dilution and large salaries we are where we are and aside from a share price which I am sure we all find ludicrous we are waiting for fab news on both horsehill and Tanzania and just maybe H1. I know it's hard but we have to see out all the projects now and changing the management to me is just not right at this important time. SENTIMENT IS LOW But you are promoting this low imo. Anyway to answer your question i would do nothing at least until two of the projects clear. And for the dilution they need the power wether we like it or not, would you like to see and rns saying we need shareholder approval to raise 150k to keep the lights on or otherwise its curtains? NO the market wouldn't? Two sides to this that's all.

That's not a fair answer to my question. But if that is your answer I guess my concerns are justified even if its only my opinion. I haven't sold my shares for over 6 years but I am considering prior to this AGM. If it doesn't implode i may come back but I hope you don't lose many investors hard earned money in its entirety. I am not a fan of dilution but if a business like this has no money for what ever the reason what alternatives do you have. Question. What would you do if you were running the company as of 1st Aug, you had commitments of 2 million by end of year no money in bank and no in coming nees from aminex? Would you dilute or go bust ?

Big D Theoretically can you detail to all shareholders what your actions would be in the event the whole board turn round and say " we have had enough of all of this and we all quit " are you in a position to run this company or have the time and ability to find suitable replacements for these people. Or would we just find the company with the so called 3 marketeers trying to run the show? I am not against shareholder actions but I do worry your actions will lead to the downfall of the entire company. I know it's too late to convince all this to cease but have you not thought somewhere in the back of your mind what could happen if they force your hand? Thanks

Before you fire off with your assault on the Board over salaries could you send in a request to Neil to openly justify why the other directors salaries were increased so much my guess is he will say it was for their part in money raises etc but I would like to know. ( he doesn't reply to me anymore! ) Thanks
