I would like to know how the so called significant shareholders had written a letter of support before the rns was even released to the market ? Bit strange and highly classed inside info perhaps.

1) Can you now inform shareholders of the number of other interested parties and any bids / offers that were made?

Also were ARA or Aminex approached with offers to take over our shareholding?

2) Can you Inform shareholders how much effort has been made to find alternative funding for the Ruvuma, please include a non exhaustive list of what, who and when has been expedited?

3) You state in yesterday's RNS that the majority of the proceeds from Helium one went into the transaction with EAG, I can only find 1.2m for the transaction but the proceeds gained from Helium one were well in excess of 3 million.

Please can you explain this statement and how this can be incurred as the majority?

4) It's abundantly clear shareholders think the deal with Wentworth is truly awful, please can you explain why exactly you feel this has been a great deal for shareholders and the company without using jargon excuses like you seem to be at this time?

5) I would like you to offer a straight forward sale to ARA and ask what they would be prepared to offer, can this be done openly either through twitter account or other means. 

If not I would request again an open letter from ARA and Aminex stating they have been given fair and reasonable opportunity to purchase our share ? 

I've now just about read every comment from today, and yes while the deal is not what we hoped for the question is where do things go from here. Old share prices and valuations are irrelevant, I am well down but you have to mentally adjust to what you now hold today and get on with either investing, selling or holding.
We have a m cap of about 4miilion, with green assets held, 600k of helium and 3m ( $ ) on way. If things work out 2 to 3 years another 13m ($)
Fag packet calc of a 10k successfully investment over 36 months, green assets worth 6m ( using 3m investment ) 10m from wentworth, spunking 4m to Gniess = 12m mcap, thus investment worth 30k, 20k profit over 36 months.
I would accept that ....
Things could have gone worse we could have gone bust ! Remove the board and that may well happen, block the deal and that may well happen.
Tomorrow is another day. We went to .7 today and ended back at .425 with no real trading, its not finished yet but new positive sentiment is needed. Moans and de ramps are not.

From the last RNS it was stated that funding options being looked at if we go to drill so I can't see placings as this will be sold or farmed down before drill in my opinion.
Let's get it sold 15 million will do.....
