wow does that mean we will get a license any time soon? dont think it will make any difference. the powers that be in this country are more interested in staying in power and shutting down any opposition as opposed to getting things in motion for the benefit of the people.
We are getting nowhere there is a gas field with at least 750 bcp of gas and this country which supposedly needs more power for business and the population is still going through the paperwork.they have been on this for over a year and they are still working on it.
we are all hoping that something will be announced but its a year from when this farmout was announced and there has been no real progress. The tanzanian authorities for want of a word are inept and dont seem to have any sense of responsibility in getting things done. they are not embarrassed one bit by the fact that they are seen to be unprofessional by their words and actions. you only have to look at whats happening at acacia and how that scenario has dragged on for months and months.
All this speculation on this board for months and months and nothing has been proved right. This company has no relationship with the Tanzanian authorities or the Zubair group. The only hope is that a license is approved but dont hold your breath for this month. We the shareholders have been fed untruths in the past to how things were going and now we are paying the price. Great work from the Tanzanian authorities and Aminex.
