RE: DEST10 Nov 2024 21:13
Sorry Ian, I thought you were busy all weekend.
The post isn't very clear granted,
In July 2024 DEST RNS their intention to delist. (£6million in bank). At that time they had a total shareholder vote of circa 34% made up of roughly 10% directors, 18.77% of shareholders given the nod (cough) and then a further batch of little blokes (like us) at 7%.
Now, most other shareholders would vote against this according to you but as I have already said, faced with this or liquidation what would you do?
This was in the body of the DEST RNS
"In summary, while there can be no guarantee, the Board believes that the only viable option now available to Destiny Pharma to create future shareholder value is the pursuit of capital as a private company. Without taking this route, we believe that liquidation of the Company is the most likely alternative."
They had 6 million in the bank.
Where is Dr Maccers I wonder?
Now I am not saying this is going to happen but it is being discussed at Board level right now and if you can't see that then you are plain thick. Mind you, you been believing Peter for years haven't you?
