I am cool with little funding if they have to beef up their bank. Placing if it happens only has a temporary effect. We might already be at the placing price right now if they have already agreed to it. MMs might already know that so keeping it in a tight range.

On the other hand there could also be JV partner who might step in to earn in say 51%...then

Solg was around same level when drill results created a sudden and huge interest with price jumping to around 4p real quick.

Soon after NewCrest made an entry at a higher price with option to increase their holding. BHP then got into SOLG at even higher price what NewCrest paid. BHP today is no. 1 shareholder, NewCrest no.2 in SOLG.

ORR CEO being ex-Barrick Gold, I can see it only as a matter of time before Barrick makes a move soon after drill results start coming in to buy an Equity interest in ORR. Speculation at this stage but would make perfect sense as they already near by.
