Yes. Lot of times MMs have intra-day auctions to get a handle on demand. So they have a mini pause on trading.

Think wider market just about realising the phenomenal upside here. We still at ground floor. Lot of good folks been lucky to get in these levels.

Some of us been buying this around 1.70 - 1.80
range last week.

This will take off soon. IAMGOLD still need to spend another $1m by end of this month.

ORR defo showing all the signs to be the next GGP, that went from 2p in Jan 2020 to 37p peak around Oct 2020.

Looking strong.

Previous resistance was around 1.30

If we break above that then we can re-test that 1.80 on the way up.

Excellent recap. I forget sometimes the size of these large deposits and other assets and investments they got under their belt. Company got a strong income stream also.

Very busy 2021 lined up with lot of regular Newsflow all year round that should lead to a substantial re-rate.

I would just sit tight here and you should come out a winner. Do whatever you comfortable with.

This has had solid and very healthy consolidation for past 3 weeks.

I see Feb and March both as strong months for a substantial re-rate here. Both Q1 and Q2 are poised for accelerated gains as results start coming in. Newsflow here should be plenty which is another main driver on top of sentiment and strong momentum.

ORR got not 1 but 2 Gold deposits that look world class. This one could surprise everyone to the Upside when results start coming in soon.

Cameroon, ORR on track to earn in 90%. All spending commitments been met to date. ORR getting even more cash coming in from exercise of warrants on top of it Royalties income from investments in Turkey and Africa. ORR in strong financial position vs peers yet the Mcap valuation gap is so wide. I fully expect that gap to narrow in coming weeks.

25-30p price target for next 12 to 18 moths for me
Wait till the masses pile in here. ORR looks a clear winner for 2021 in my books.

Target Mcap for MED is £20m which the company is aiming for. Will be listed on MAIN market.

Nothing is priced in yet. 55% ownership of MED at £20m Mcap alone would be £11m.

But then you already knew that, didn't you ?

May be results RNS on Monday ?

MED mcap could go up substantially soon after IPO.

Also depends if the IPO gets priced at the higher end, then opening Mcap for MED should be even more than £20m !!!

Guys as general practice we have to Vote YES to all resolutions.

Its not just about "Placing"....company needs authority to issue new shares e.g. when Warrants are exercised OR when they issue shares to pay off the £325k final balance.

I know the company is very well funded now after the recent raise. Placing effect is temporary and we almost back to 0.40 already. Its the results and dtilling on the ground that will re-rate this as we about to start on a good journey here.

They might decide to raise some over 0.60 or 0.80 when the price is closer to 1p

At 0.60 they will need only 50m shares
At 0.80 they will need only 40m shares

If you buy now at lower price then there is no need to participate in the future placing to use "pre-emption" rights. You would be ahead of the curve anyway.

Should do very well indeed with that 1.75m buy at this low price.

Still a tiny £3m Mcap ???
