Good observation. Been thinking on similar lines.
Cameroon looks very good. Large land package with ORR sitting on 90% ownership. Easy to JV Bibemi or whole license with one of the Big players looking in.

Volume is ticking up also.

Normally when you give advance notice of investor presentation, there is normally news before that. So will be interested to see another RNS of some sort of JV or sale type news before December.

Agree. This could soon be back to 0.20-0.25

Personally i think this could quickly get to 0.30 to 0.35 range to get those 188m warrants @ 0.25 flushed out generating another £470k cash in bank for ORR.

EIA approval and Turkey royalty business Sale and Bibemi MRE news - all are substantial price moving catalysts ahead. Punters will soon start taking positions here.

ORR looks primed to roar ahead with both MRE for Bibemi (Cameroon) and EIA approval news for Turkish asset where ORR could be looking to cash in early their 1.2% NSR on estimated $700m worth of metal revenues over the mine life.

Sale of Turkish royalty stake could generate £3m to £4m or even higher given current metal prices are lot higher now then back in 2019.

290k - 440k Gold oz from just Bakassi 1 with other 3 zones to come in. Surely those Gold oz at Bibemi are worth lot more than just £3m ???

Gold price heading back to $1800 and higher.

Current £3m MCap is just ridiculous. This simply cannot stay at this low price forever having hit 1.90 pence last year.

Just a case when not if , the re-rate kicks in.
Both EIA and MRE could provide that catalyst.

Agre. It is a good point to get upfront cash from Royalty sale lets say £2m - £2.5m to really fast track Cameroon which is looking even better than a year ago to attract one of the Gold Majors to JV in for lets say 50% of our 90% share and get a free carry also. Cameroon licence is lot larger than Senala. Hopefully Tim will agree better terms for Cameroon JV than IAMGOLD got for Senala.

That should unlock value here very quickly.

Well if they can achieve £3m from Royalty sale soon after the EIA is approved, that would more or less Double the MCap here in a flash.

EIA should be very close now.

Good interview. They could be close on the EIA which would lot of value here. Thought projected revenues from Turkey were in the $700m region over 7 years. Our 1.2% NSR could be worth lot more if we kept it and received annual income from it. Think that would be the better option if was running this company.

Quick sale does not let you achieve the full desired benefit/income for retaining the 1.2% NSR.

Either way also looking forward to Cameroon update.

Ghana Govt talks seem to have resumed for urgent ratification of CLON acreage to get a move on and cash in higher oil prices for next decade.

Ghana Govt is now determined to catch up with all the backlog.

Farm out process is now back and heating up with Africa in the spotlight. CLON would most likely be looking to farm out some of their 60% share to get things moving soon after Govt ratification is done.

Bolivia Lithium JV is another very attractive addition to the asset mix for CLON. So is our 10% interest in Western Gas (Australia).

At only £2m MCap currently - upside is Massive.
