Could see a huge cash injection for BOIL shareholders from either upfront cash from JV partner or an outright sale of our 75% stake in Chuditch to a Bigger player.

BOIL can then distribute some of that cash to shareholders as Special Dividend and use some cash to bag few attractive Equity stakes in North Sea assets leaving some cash in Bank.

That would be ideal scenario in my view.
