re. no not really the recent oil SP downturn has been artificially created and is only a short-term strategy to reduce inflation but at the same it that has caused SPR (Strategic Petroleum Reserve) to drop to its lowest level since June 1984. So prices will soon be heading north towards $100 pb again.
