Of course you know nothing about me...tho quite a few folks on these boards know me off these boards...and my identity ... most notably that my most recent position was a Director level marketing strategist for the largest retail banking group in the uk...

Now... I could quite easily ...no doubt bore you further (you bore easily I observe), with my analysis of the enormity of the task ahead for this company ...but before I do, I would ask if you want me to? Do you think you have the wherewithal to challenge ? A

... the problem with the world we live in is that intelligent people are full of doubts whilst the stupid ones are full of confidence.

I shall sleep soundly in the knowledge that from day 1 of this company being launched and from similarly posting from day 1 ... I have not been wrong once in predicting how this will play out.

By all means play for your 10 / 20% but for those who put money in pre the monumentally huge and insulting placement... unless you have a cunning plan to get out with some of shirt intact ... you will for sure face wipeout sometime next year when their next gameplay is made.

1. DB will take his huge “loan” payback
2. Whopping consolidation
3. Making way for another big fund raise
4. Wipeout for the dim

It will happen ... and I will be around to remind you. 😉

why does it even matter what his "agenda" is? - even if you don't believe that he, like me and ERV and others on here post only because we have experienced exactly the same shenanigans with this lot in the past . Instead of challenging motives why not challenge the figures and assumptions and generate worthwhile debate? Instead of trying like the other cheerleaders here (unsuccessfully IMHO) to undermine his / my character - why not take him on in debate about his understanding of the financials. I suspect because the genius's on here have not actually read the prospectus document - least understand it - or the underlying financials. Mr Diamond deserves gratitude for taking the time to explain it to the numpties.

A few months back when I was posting on here, warning of how it would play out with the placing - and was 100% right - I was then lambasted for supposedly adding misery to those who had lost money.... though many also thanked me for holding them back from the brink.

I will not accept that criticism in the future - when it all goes the way we predict it will.

But I tell you and others what .... the minute I see an RNS from the CEO saying he has invested significantly - say £20k or above - his OWN cash - I will shut up .... for a while anyway!

So...taken at face value, a positive update ...tho the figures still speak for themselves. Now what you would expect to see is some mahoosive director buys..., putting their own money where their mouths are. That for me, is the only indication of confidence that I would accept as a buy signal. But will you see it? I doubt it. After all ...they didn't have the confidence to even take part in the monumentally discounted placing. Really? Why....if it's all so rosey??

No....I stand by my prediction that this is all bull 💩💩💩 , raising the hopes and expectations of the naive....just in time for:

Huge consolidation....placing ..and wipeout for those still holding.
