I think Galders info is good - however to say its a "loss" on the swap isn't exactly correct - its actually the income FOREGONE by paying the swap

what worries me is that the SP is still falling - and I don't understand why ANGS made the announcement RIGHT NOW.

If the s/t is due to reach TD around 15th Jan you'd have hoped they could wait for the end of Jan to do the raise - when (hopefully) they could announce a success and the Sp would jump and the dilution would have been less

Aaah Push - if only it was nonsense. We were promised hundreds of millions of barrels of oil by both UKOG and ANGS - they raise money all the time

And what have we got? SP's that are a tenth or hundredth of their peak, massive dilution and gross incompetence for a few dozen of bbls per day - no t enough to run a single petrol station

ANGS were given Saltfleetby for almost nothing and have manged to produce gas - but the cost!! And no promise that they have really sorted out the hedge, or that there will be no more raises.

You missed out the fact they are a CANADIAN company - not a UK one. The paper you'll get will be in a private Canadian outfit - good luck to trying to sell that to anyone.
