Troll - UKOG (and building generally) are not currently banned - we have builders working away merrily just up the road. They decided to slow things down on their own accord - I suspect the problem isn't on site but getting deliveries and finding local accommodation for the workers. The Holiday Inn gatwick for example is only open to Key workers - I think that would include the guys currently running the test but not people coming in to do something new.

Clarry - I have never seen any evidence that people were able to short UKOG in the normal sense. One poster said he did but it turned out he was doing it by a betting platform - and we didn't hear much more about it

I never said that Lee - I said it was GOOD that they were shipping oil , even if it wasn't a break-even situation - it's all cash flow even if they are making (as a company) a daily loss.

As for UJO I think (and have said on their BB) that its overhyped - 16% of something that hasn't been tested yet but has been hyped out of all proportion - it's like UKOG in 2015. How many times have I heard "could be the biggest on shore UK oil field" in my 25 years investing? A lot - and how many came good - zero

yes but it IS cash flow Ok , they're still running through the cash but continuing production does stretch things out quite a bit. Hopefully until a) they get the production rate up by flowing HH2z and b) the oil price goes up. They need both to survive IMHO

So the usual Monday morning run taking out Saturday & Sundays production . Looks like they're still pulling around 220 bopd which to me looks like HH-1 Portland only. No work has been done on dual flow at HH-1 (no sign of a crane for a start) and HH-2z still shut in for testing.

At 220 bopd they need about $50 a barrel to wash their face I reckon - so not perfect but better than nothing

the RNS said "The Loan is convertible by the Investors in tranches of not less than £150,000, with a limit of £3 million per quarter, unless otherwise agreed by the Company.’" Thus if they converted LESS than £ 150k it had to be agreed with UKOG otherwise the lenders would be in breach and UKOG wouldn't issue the shares. UKOG issued the shares so they must have agreed to it - the Lenders had no power to force them.

No announcement but previous RNS have said the MINIMUM convertible was £ 150k unless the company agreed otherwise. So they've clearly been asked and have given approval.

It would indeed be good - but when you have idiots like Tymers constantly bombarding the board with rubbish it's hard for people to hold back responding.

THE problem with having "sensible analysis" is the lack of any hard data. We know very little in hard numbers about the HH2z issues. We are not updated with production volumes (I'm not talking daily - it's not even every 3 months), and we have no detail of what the forward plan is and how it will be financed.

lack of these basic facts means everyone can invent their own narrative , carefully selecting the correct supporting bits from the occasional historic RNS.

We have had almost no communication from SS and absolutely zero from the rest of the Board - in such a position rumour runs riot.
