RE: Very HOT share4 Jun 2022 09:31
" HH1 has done Hundreds of barells a day and so has the Kimeridge before the water prob."
I never said they didn't Adrian - but even you know that ALL oil field rates decline - even Wytch Farm has gone from over 100,000 bopd in its prime to 10,000 bopd these days. The problem at HH is that there isn't very much there at all - and thus the rates have dropped, steadily and predictably, from 244 bopd in April 2020 to 59 bopd in Feb 2022.
Anyone can take the numbers, see the decline and forecast future levels - a few people have even posted the maths.
The Kimmeridge was a great hope, but like HUR's fractured basement play West of Shetland, it doesn't work as hoped and is effectively not being pursued anywhere else.
