Well, in the RNS there is this bit, which appears to say they just reduce the amount by whatever we have got in dividends

I actually bought more. After all the 'planes still physically exist, and the money is still being generated by leasing them. Nothing has actually changed with the fundamentals that I can see. If the first airlift is returned then that woudl be bad news, so it's a gamble on that right now, but I dont see any rational cause for the current drop.

Which doesnt mean I am not disappointed of course

That second bit is interesting, because the implication is that instead of just buying and holding, they are going to try and make some money by transacting. Not sure what 'location swaps' might entail - though I guess if some is needed in Canada, and someoen owns som ein France then they could just agree to swap with us, rather than put it on a boat, Bit that seems unlikely.

It's a bit odd isnt it ? This has been surprisingly downward for a month or so.

Being fond of Georgia (and having some money in the place!) I have been quietly cheering them on in the football. Which was fine until this evening. Unfortunately I have a Portuguese wife. Oops!

So, I hope this gives the country a boost, and spurs on some economic activity and helps the share price. :-) Which might at least mitigate the somewhat frosty reception I suspect I am going to get when I go to bed this evening....

Got a message today from HL saying the shares were suspended and needed to be removed from my account. Which amused me, as I had already donated them to charity earlier in the week (though I guess the charity wont get anything!)

Ah well, it's been interesting, if nothing else... I;ve practiced a bit of Portuguese, and learned some stuff about mining. Anyway, I have other investments which are far less exciting, though also far less, umm, bankrupt ;) Boring wins...

Umm, he did write in English - it was a link to the Brazilian Mistry of Justice pages. Which, annoyingly, you need to have a BR social security number to register with, so I didnt manage to access all of it.

( also a smattering of Portuguese is useful to invest here is it not ? I'm here precisely because I have a Portuguese wife, and thus have learned enough of it over the years to vaguely try and follow the bits which *arent* in English. Seems useful if you are going to invest somewhere. It's also the reaosn why I didnt invest in Savannah doing lithium stuff in mainland Portugal , because I can also read all the upset natives complaining about how they are trashing the place. It might make money, but the ESG credentials are screwed. )

i just tried to sell my shares (32600 of them, so not a lot) and was surprised to find i could! who is buying ?!

I cant see an optimistic Cameco actually dealing with he supply squeeze though - so I think its fine to hold.

So, just saw the financials are out - haven't dug into them in depth, but they look good to me at a summary level.

I think this is the only share I own that I have been happy with these last few months!

We bought VGS - in the article they mention "‘the world's largest theme park resort’ destination in Orlando" and it doesn't take a lot of guessing to work out who that might be. I dont know this for sure of course, but seems likely.

(FD: I work for Accesso, but this is all personal opinion, I dont have any inside knowledge here)

I got confused by this too - I have to buy it as AERS, which is the striking equivalent I assume ? Interesting to see the different rpciue movements between the two though.
