Up 40% yesterday can this continue its rise remember before it spiked to 9p then sat dormant at 4.25 - 5.25 or around a month im in at 5p and hoping it ticks up first thing.Share price has taken a hammering was £1.60 in 06 and 80p Jan 08 was paying divis of 5p in 07 .No dilution through recession with a Net Assets £21 million = Nav 25p .Onwards and Upwards could be a great recovery stock

Was enjoying this up till today was in at 33 and yesterday 6k in profit .By the time id tried to work out what was going on this morning rns etc it was 60p .Brought some more at 59 then panicked 10 mins later and sold at £180 loss.By the time id worked out my entitlement guessing at sp level it kept going down couldnt get a straight answer from anywhere re did i have to hold today or could i sell and still be entitled .Now 49p and profit dwindling i sold out £1500 up will now take up my open offer and get that profit back Cal owes me my wife was spending it in her head.Medium term i will get back to where i was but should have sold at £1 yesterday for quick turnaround . im in here at 33 and was hoping for 70ish post results but we seem to be there now.Im sure these have more to go there when they as im sure they will announce refinancing all sorted lots of property Companies had there LTV raised recently for refinancing puposes and same here i think. Hopefully these will keep going and test £1 now post results and then QED have proved they can hold the gains and go on from there.Just need volumes to increase in build up to interimsand some II investing

Interim results are due anytime there website says mid August maybe tomorrow after todays rise .If they confirm there refinancing sorted this could really move up and quickly .2 good rises this week already.Todays rise i think was fuelled by good stats out of Germany this morning as 21.8 % of there portolio is in germany the second largest chunk of the portfolio. DYOR there has been dilution but with previous highs of £13 even with dilution these could be back to £5 in a couple of years hopefully lessthan 2 yrs.Im in at 33 and if rns confirms refinancing will be topping up.Have e mailed re date of results and will post if they Reply

On The Up !! Im in here at 27 nice little rise today and hopefully a positive rns going forward.Will know tomorrow i think what the market think going forward for this.Has taken a hammering in last few weeks i watched this rise to 50p only a few weeks ago lack of news sent it back down with Covenant issues etc. They rented a big Woolworths store to New Look on a 10 year lease which will help with results due in a few weeks im hoping for a steady rise through to results if they get debt sorted this is way undervalued like a lot of stock but worth a punt at these prices
