Please factor in that they will not recover anywhere near 100% of whatever they find.
The average is pretty low, in the 20-40% range, this could be higher of course, but I dont have enough information to make that prediction.
Have I missed something?
There is only nominal consideration payable on the Acquisition, which is conditional upon, among other things, Sirius sourcing for Sirius JV US$40 million of external debt funding............snip......which is intended to be secured directly against the cashflows generated as a result of the Ejulebe MWPC.
Sirius get 80% of the cash flow until the debts are repaid, just like Ororo setup.
How so bsg4?

The COSL Force was due its 5 year re-certification and maintenance in early 2019.
This process is never small, they normally allocate somewhere near two months to complete a normal 5 year job.
This is the case for every rig of this type and is in no way an indication the Force was "absolutely knackered".
You could argue that getting the 5 year out the way in Dubai at a specialist dock is actually a smart move. Had she been shipped over where would you send it in Nigeria and would you get the same quality of work done there?
The Co have confirmed to me this morning that the timescales in the note are "very conservative" and the opinion of the writer. Treat with a pinch of salt, I just topped up ;)
What will I do? I will have to sell the Jag and buy an Austin Maestro!
I seem to have mistakenly invested a very large amount of money into a company I know nothing about. All this time I have researched oil, Nigeria and the industry as a whole when I should have been researching a software company! What a huge mistake!
What licence are you referring to maestro? Also, are you insinuating that a platform could be attacked or others assets key in distribution?
What's that deal worth to the market? £2m mcap currently, 3 or 4 x current sp?
