How profitable is NTOG?28 Dec 2024 10:47
nice to see this moving up. just my back of *** packet calculations but happy to be corrected. based on recnet rns and interviews i work out fouke is doing around 70 bopd at a cost of $2pb. pine mills doing 50 bopd at $30pb. fouke revenue = $4,900 per day, netback = $4,760 per day. pm revenue = $3,500, netback = $2,000. total netbacks = $6,760 daily. monthly = $202,800. per year = $2,433,600.
now we'd need to see other costs including wages etc but for a junior explorer on aim to be cashflow positive and profitable by nearly $2.5m per year for a market cap of just over $1m is crazy low imo. gervais williams doesn't back rubbish, he said he looks for companies moving from pre-cash to revenue which is exactly what ntog have done.
next op update i want to see a break down of aisc plus news on further workovers and increase in bopd plus potential drilling of new wells. come on pw make 2025 a transformational year for ntog.
