We are not the only investors here, why ate the fund managers invested here not reacting. Where they tipped to short a while back or something? They've lost a fortune at a very minimum I would expect some noise in the press.

Still cannot believe either the AMI BOD aren't clarifying the situation or being held to account by AIM. What SISG has done is highly irregular and a hostile takeover (steal) of AMI's assets. Their has to be a justification from someone as to the legality of this and if nothing else an explanation. What rules are applying and what value is associated the debt v assets taken. Or is it so illegal the authorities and BOD don't know what to do.

Everything else seems to disapear into AMI without a trace .......... I would start looking in that mine for the plane!

I am not sure anyone at this moment in time knows if this genuinely as GAME OVER or the next big move in this crazy game of thrones. To be honest I am not sure we'll ever know until suddenly AMI disapears in a puff of smoke from a Chinese Firecracker or something else comes out. The people who should be telling us whats going on all work for FT so SISG ............. we have no hope of anything constructive!

This is the clearest signal that they are all up to there necks in this, where is the update from the company spokesperson as to whats been happening here over the last few months. Not one interview or comment ............. just silence ............... massive amounts of money pumped in and they have nothing to say for themselves.

I could understand Admin but this makes no sense, its like your credit card company taking your house over unpaid debts. And the mortgage company and yourself being left with nothing even though their was plenty of equity in it to pay the debts owed and leave surplus. Am I just being really stupid as this seems way to crazy for me to comprehend.

They have seized control, isn't the sensible thing now for the to package the whole thing up with their other 25% and sell the lot. They can negotiate with the big boys as they would love this mine in its entirety. The question is once sold do we get nothing?

Not of this makes sense anymore, every other company goes into Admin and then the creditors are paid in order. Yes we are bottom of the pile but you never know what it turns out to be worth. Now it turns out SISG can seize everything and take over for the cost of the outstanding payments ...... Just doesn't make sense.

I am learning every day like you so this is only my opinion but either way it looks like the investment expansion was probably thought out well as the SP is rising nicely at the moment.

Maybe someone wanted to buy a larger share of the company cheaper than the current market share whilst putting in a large investment to expand it ............. would you prefer to pay 2p or 8p if you had the chance! Stranger things have happened although its a very cynical view on my behalf! Lots of reasons these things happen, might be just they needed the money really quickly as the buy was a real bargain too!

Lots of people bought at the original value 6-8P over time so when the offer to invest was at 2p it trashed the SP price. If the buy is good it will recover if not then it will take a while to settle at a new value. New people coming in can't get the 2p deal so hence the SP is rising as it looks good long term IMO ..... gone from 2p to 3p already in a week so looking positive for now as theirs a lack of sellers as they are at a 4-5p average probably.

The SP was worth 8p until they wanted to invest in buying someone else so issued a SP of 2p which brought the price down in one hit. When they streamline the deal and bring the two together it will push the SP up above the orginal 8p otherwise the company wouldn't have done the deal IMO

The share price is getting stronger for some reason and their are no sellers at the moment, it's trying to rise ...... let's hope it's a complete re-bound day to 8p!

Normally means the MM are trying to stop buyers getting in ..... why are they holding it back? Is their rumours of something!
