These won't be below the 1.5p level in the next few days if these rumours start to surface. The Directors have their share options locked in now so can start to be a bit more open in boosting the SP

They won't buy until they need to as they are guaranteed a price of 1.5p for the next three years. They will leave it until the SP is way above the current value then buy when they can double or treble their money over night. Usually there is a lock in period for tax purposes before they can sell but it depends on the fine print in there contracts. For every % point they bump up the SP now its pure profit for them when they buy, they are definitely working in our favour now IMO.

Any little nugget from the BOD could light up the interest, it’s a little bit of a waiting game. The shares primed and ready to go, now the directors have their share purchase scheme confirmed it would be good to see what they are working on now.

Why would the BOD care about setting up a share plan at 1.5p unless they honestly believe its going to go up. Otherwise they wouldn't bother, they rushed that through IMO at the current rate as they can see something happening soon. GLA this is when it gets exciting for longer term holders.

This can be very positive as they may know stuff that prevents them buying in the open market as they are locked out due to conflicts of interest. But guarantees them a price and quantity they can buy over the next 3 years even if they push the SP sky high. It allows the company team to deliver success with a guaranteed chance to cash in on the up swing they deliver on the SP.

That’s the irony of your post, on the day the BOD including Nick and Richard have set up an employee share investment scheme, your questioning why they aren’t invested! Maybe they’ve not been able to due to sensitivity but they understand the company is going places so want a bite of the cherry. The price announced yesterday is on the threshold of the current price, so technically they could buy at that price anyway, so why would they set up a scheme to pay a slight premium! You have to understand people’s sceptical nature of your posts as they are very negative at the point where all the good stuff is happening now. This is a time to celebrate in the current and potential long term success of the company as the news continues to be positive. Theirs always risk as it’s a penny stock for God’s sake, but on AIM this is a shining light of positive performance enjoy the ride as the SP gets better and better IMO

The BOD are very focused on boosting the SP now. As I hinted last week it seems someone on this board had sold out and might be regretting it as the SP is definitely on the up. It’s really exciting now if your holding as the BOD are on the offensive to deliver vslus to the SP. 2p plus is on the cards here short term and way beyond that heading into 2018 IMO

I have a suspicion the MM's have a buyer sat at just below 1.5P and they need to fill the order. Just a hunch as they won't move the Sell/Buy price ........ all seems clogged up!

They are probably still loading up the 500,000 buyer whose been around for weeks! It's being done in the background as they seem to drop 2 or 3 per day as the SP slowly creeps up.

I wonder if that was rushed out today before the SP went through 1.5p so the BOD can cash in on the really cheap price. As they know full well its going to move up shortly, its great that they have now got a very strong incentive to start pushing up the communications now to boost the SP. Looks very positive as everyone is now working to move this company forward, the BOD want to cash in on the growth personally which is always a good sign.

Everyone has a some skin in the game and they have set a price above current trading value. Once they have bought them up, then the buy back will come and the SP will jump up straight away, ducks starting to line up here GLA.

It works both ways if you tried to buy 6 million the SP would be at close to 2p. When this goes up it’s going fast and big! All it needs is a few big buys or news and it’s definitely Game On here. Those 500,000 buys are being squirrelled away by someone who knows something we don’t. Once they’ve locked up a chunky stake it only leaves PIs fighting over what’s left. Everyday this is getting stronger and unlike other stocks on AIM it’s underpinned by a successful company that’s completely undervalued. Profits are the real key here, as the business model has growth in in an industry that’s about to Boom.

You have a habit of stating your talking for everyone, I’ve said many times I’m invested for my children so going long. I believe this company will be many many multiples off this SP in 5-10 years so I’m personally not looking for an exit point. BIO fuels are next generation products and will be essential for aviation and travel for decades to come. This company is at the start of its journey and these could well be the tech stocks of the future with massive growth and patents. GLA as something big is definitely brewing.

Relentless loading for someone!

Looks like someone on this board might have bailed out and is realising it’s moving into the blue! Trying to get back in maybe tricky now ...... looks like the block buyer with take everything at 1.4p so we are bottomed our IMO as whoever the new investor is wants volume without spoiling the price. Personally it’s exciting if your holding a few of these shares as it’s about to get interesting.

I wonder if someone is loading here as the 500k buys are building up day by day. Maybe a holdings update will pop up soon!

If we see positive buying today the re-rate is game in IMO. It’s completely undervalued based on great profits and a very positive order book, with huge upside to come. Lots know this but are waiting for the upturn ...... this week has seen nothing but solid buying with each £10-15k in buys we see 5% up turn in the SP. it’s not going to take much for us to see 20-30% on the current SP as it doubles up in the next week or so. GLA this in game on now as 2-3p is the real value if not 5-6p based on results. It’s defininetly place your bets time for the big payouts at these ridiculously low entry prices.

Maybe by the end of the week you’ll find out ...... something has kicked off all the buys today!
