The directors buying in is a very good sign something big is about to happen if you've sold out now it is understandable your a bit gutted. We will see who has made the right call. I am very happy to sit tight and take the upside in the SP if it comes.

OMG its becoming insane the comments you post, the directors are buying chunks of shares at 1.57p in the last couple of weeks and you really think its going to drop. You really have no issues with how people will perceive your stupidity lol.

Whatever is drivingvthr current company confidence must be getting closer. The CEO buying shares and the Company share buy back signals one thing. Something is on the horizon ...... hopefully we’ll find out soon.

Very slow reaction as everything is stacked up here for a huge re-rate, company share buyback to 2p, record profits that are rising, directors buying up shares, expanding workforce, full order book and huge potential projects on the horizon that could be won. Wake up AIM this share is fully loaded for a big jump to 2-3p if not much more.

They are not going to let this rise as they have a guaranteed buyer up to 2p, the MM's are going to trying and take as many cheap shares as they can and bank them away, knowing they can let them go at +25% in the coming weeks. They'll try and keep the sell price as low as possible to make a killing. Not sure why PI's don't see these as an absolute pot of gold as everything is ready for this one to boom when the times right. Maybe deals for pals in canary wharf are being protected as the day traders look to make a killing of impatient PI's

Director's dealings The Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, was notified on 26 January 2018 that Mr Xinchun Jiang, a PDMR, acquired 2,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1.56p. Mr Xinchun Jiang now holds 26,675,000 ordinary shares in the Company with a holding of 5.43% of issued share capital. The total issued share capital of the Company comprises 491,256,350 ordinary shares of 0.025p each. The Company holds 46,808,809 shares in treasury, accordingly total voting rights are 444,447,541. The Chairman, Mr Yu, commented "Mr Jiang was recently promoted to CEO of our main operating division ZKTY, and his share purchases demonstrate real confidence and commitment to the future development of the business".

The resolutions authorise the Company to purchase, or agree to purchase, up to 20 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company whilst the price remains below �0.02 and above �0.00025 (par value) on any date prior to 31st of December 2019, and that shares purchased may be held by the Company as treasury shares. Step by step it’s moving up steadily. Slowly re-pricing towards 2p. A good hold or buy based on all the recent RNS announcement. Going long could be good if they post even more rising profits. If they land a big fish deal it will boom. But slow a steady is good too.
