Australian-based LINE Hydrogen has announced it is set to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) by September 2023.

The company has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Net Zero Infrastructure (NZI) a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listed on the LSE for a reverse takeover between the two companies for an undisclosed amount.

We note the recent announcement regarding the litigation with Maxwell/Tesla (trial delayed to December and counter claim by Maxwell/Tesla) and whilst the delay to the trial is disappointing, we do not believe it will alter the outcome as this patent has been previously upheld by the same judge resulting in a c$5m award against Ioxus. The counter claim by Maxwell/Tesla looks, on the face of it, to be a negotiating tactic but will unfortunately incur some costs to CAP-XX even if it is completely baseless; however, as the claim has only recently been made, these costs will likely occur after the award from the claim by CAP-XX against Maxwell/Tesla.

Going by the two court cases that CPXX having already won. Judgement is made against the supply not the end user . Musk has already stated that Tesla patents are open source so never going to stand up court! Smoke and mirrors ...

Yep not nice.... with the current 716 million shares floating around . If Tesla paid us £183 million ( maxwell price in2019) that works out at 25.5p per share
