Exactly... we have withheld 1 payment ! Surely if this is found in Hopes favour the Judge will say X amount is due within 28 days failure to payment will me Hope can seize the assets to recover his costs but he cannot profit more than his $20 million...

Even if this court case rules in Hopes favour surely this is when Frontera uses the NY fund to clear the $20 million owed !? How could he receive the asset if the full payment was offered in cash ? Would the judge not have final say in the matter ?
