In advance talks for next year with whom? I hope the funding will not dilute existing holders.
I'd prefer the business to take on long term debt or even better a government loan rather than a rights issue at favorable rates to the institutions or at a market discount placing on primary bid or something.
Hopefully they don't dilute shareholders by doing a rights issue and raise the necessary financing via long term debt or a government CBILS loan.

The fundamentals of trading/investing is to have a target Buy AND Sell price when you enter the position. If you haven't got a plan you'll spend most of your time between indecision & regret my friend.
Read Mark Minervini's books... they'll help you form a strategy

They’ve got a helluva plan/story. Will be an exciting ride seeing how they execute on what their saying. If they can execute what their saying we could have an ASOS type share price development.

Hi Kingralph - Fair points and I guess that's what makes a market! Differing opinions.. Bulls v Bears etc etc
I do think life will get back to normal a lot quicker than people think because it needs to! Otherwise the economy will die, and nobody (especially the government) want or will let that to happen.
With regards to DISH I've used the app quite a few times and was very impressed ... add to that the takeaway element coming soon and the offering is a very good one imo, hence my reasonably large long position here.
With the regards to the DISH share price of course nobody knows whats going to happen but it is however very surprising how these types of businesses can capture the imagination, set a light and rocket even at the pre revenue/profit stage.
Anyway it'll be an interesting ride and I'm firmly on the bull side on this stock... The price will be up and down like a yo-yo without a doubt but I do think there's some v good money to be earnt here.

If you think the price will be worth more than today price in 6-12 months then buy.
I think we'll all look back in 6-12 months time and all wish we'd of bought alot more when it was at these levels :)

I have absolutely no idea but wouldn't surprise me if went up slightly enabling bigger players to get out and then tank big time.
Actually amazed it's held up with a placing at circa 50% discounted placing... i knew they were in a poor spot but didn't realise it's as bad as this :/

Here is to hold your shares and don’t have weak hands at the sign of small price increases as per today!
This could easily 4/5 bag in the next couple of months as the lockdown brakes start to come off and people start forming a queue to buy.
If there’s a shortage of shares in the market with plenty of buyers trying to get in this will obviously drive up the price considerably!
Prospects look excellent here..

Interesting times indeed... I'd imagine a rocket will be put under the SP when this is announced and people cotton on. Traditional fundamentals don't apply here at the moment.
Although DISH is pretty much pre-revenue currently, the concept is superb! There's no reason at all why this can't be a big player.
Definitely not for widows or orphans though haha
