That’s a pre dilution price of 35p per share.

If that happens this will re-rate to 60-70p! No doubt about it!
Remember there’s about 82p per share of freehold property in this share.. so that is currently at a 100% plus discount as well as the underlying business being thrown in for free!
Crazy how lowly LOOK is rated currently when you think about it!

Board/Aidan very quiet though which isn't ideal. We could do with an update from them to let us know what they are up to. It doesn't matter how much we talk on here unfortunately.. it's what they do and say that will dictate where this goes!

Hopefully their doing some good stuff behind the scenes... would be nice to find out tbh as the silence is a bit frustrating.

Company mkt cap at close yesterday was 50m shares x 34.5p so about £17m
Today's indicative mkt cap(taking into account new shares) is 125m shares x 29.5p so about £37m
WOW! I don't think people who are buying at these levels understand what they are doing.
Like Big says a £37m mkt cap as of now equates to a share price yesterday of 74p
I'm flabbergasted people are buying and that it's not down to 20p.
We are truly in a huge asset bubble now... it's quite scary actually!

The L2 starts at 32p for 20k shares!
We'll soon be at 40p here

Current Mkt Cap equates to a pre-placing share price of £12.60, which is where the company was trading in Feb this year before the pandemic hit. Absolutely bonkers really... anyway well done to anyway who kept holding.
I want to add some more but won't be doing until the markets correct themselves to reality.

The adjusted property value less net debt is £268m so the freehold property alone is worth more than twice the existing market cap! That's bonkers!

Been watching it for a long time and now it looks like the turnaround is well underway.
As soon as the contracts start to be won huge operational gearing will kick in and will flow straight to profit.
I reckon IGP is a stock at the start of level 2 so incredible times ahead if they can continue to execute.
This could easily be the next Games Workshop and have a meteoric rise.... probably sooner than we all think.

There’s lots of selling yet the share price doesn’t seem to be going anywhere... I wonder of the MM’s are accumulating stock.

I agree LP.
Looks bad on the surface but when you look at the bigger picture it’s actually a fair enough move.

I guess even with the dilution (not ideal :/) it puts Revs in a now v sound financial position.
I think 40-50p is still firmly on the cards here which still puts the mkt cap way below where it was at its peak but with a much better balance sheet now.
Like you said AL their will be plenty of pent up demand when they re-open and I’m sure they’ll become cash generative again in no time.
I’m sticking with it as still think there’s good money to be made here especially now the insolvency risk has completely gone.

Still an absolute bargain at these prices.

The RNS states existing shareholders can apply for 3 shares at the offer price for each 5 shares already held which is fair enough I guess so not as bad as I first thought.
The share price hopefully settles back around the 30p mark
