Just to clarify. The TW podcast / expose was a complete shock, personally I think the least TW could have done was to allow Ivan a chance to reply before throwing around accusations. As to the Ramsden connection he will respond in due course if he feels that any further action is required.

After speaking with Ivan I am indeed content that the BoD are legitimate, honest and doing their best for shareholders. My average Sp is 0.04, which is below the shell value of an AIM company, which has cash, holdings in other firms and, however remote you may think potential to generate more business

Just had a text conversation with Ivan. He is abroad on business so news on the bearcast came as a complete shock. He is going to review it and decide how best to respond.

If you are not ******* bricks can I assume therefore that you have no interest in INC? (other than an academic one, given that you are a doctor) If so I do not see why you are so concerned about the RNS.

Please explain. The only thing they BoD owes the shareholders is to try and get deals and provide a positive return, which I understand they are trying to do, therefore I am content with my investment in this company

A number of people expect DD to be a matter of course yet also expect the news to turn this into a multi bagger the 2 don't tally, there is a risk that this won't come off. However, there is also the possibility that following an extensive DD process that we will be better placed for subsequent orders. An RNS will be issued once there is something to say. All the constant speculation is doing no one any favours and holding someone to a timeline, which us out of their control, is ridiculous.

Given that an agreement us in place subject to DD they would need a good reason not to go ahead. I can't help feeling that if it was obvious that DD was a problem we would have heard about it before now. We are beholden to the Canadian firm and they are taking their time to pay us, which us the same as any small organisation is treated when dealing with a bigger firm.

Ivan mentioned Q1, the problem is that TW speculated that the timeline would be much shorter and a number of people have managed to read far too much into it. There are a number of people here for a quick buck and may well get bored and leave in the next few weeks but with the increased free float following the recent conversions the effects shouldn't be as extreme as we have seen in the past. Ignore the rampers and derampers who will become deafening as the next few days progress and listen to a number of the reasoned posters such as Notperfect who try to put things into perspective.

Just gone onto the firm's website, nice redesign. I also note the business strategy section, good to see where they are looking to take the business

I'm as bullish on INC as anyone but there needs to be a bit of perspective. The last announcement didn't get us near 1p and since there we have had a good deal of dilution. There have been positive moves in the background but we are still dealing with a fledging company. It is possible that an RNS could come any day but if you believe in the future if the firm there should still be potential even after the first RNS on the 300k comes in. We need to be realistic and point out the potential of the firm, being wildly over optimistic and saying today could be the day every day leads people to disregard any valid points that are being made and assume that ramping is afoot.

I can't see why the 16th has anything to do with it. The firm will get their shares at 0.1p regardless of when any news comes out.

A decent stake by a firm that specialises in the same industry, looks like a big vote of confidence from me.

Don't get me wrong I think the conversion is positive, I would just caution against reading anything too short term into the timing and would see it as a broader vote of confidence for the long term prospects for the firm. There have been a number of other conversions recently that we're not proceeded by news and there is no reason to believe these will be any different other than the fact we are approaching the end of Q1 deadline mentioned in the RNS. I too believe in the long term potential and have a sizeable stake in INC to prove it.

They are probably converting because they believe in the business plan of the BOD and want to participate in the upside of the firm going forward, albeit they could have converted at any time so I wouldn't try to read anything into it. I find the idea that anyone at INC would look to tip off or give sensitive information to anyone that contacts them is highly unlikely and if true would show a disregard for other investors, let's all just wait and see. If you have bought in hoping to make a quick turn maybe this isn't the one for you.

Plus if the current BOD aren't successful limited debt makes us more attractive for another firm to do a reverse listing, reducing the downside on the current SP

Couldn't agree more, reduces the interest burden on the firm and shows confidence in the BOD
