He asks the witness to record everything in writing as he's not made any form of a will.

He beckons his youngest Son to his bedside : " Shamus with you being the youngest of the family, but a very mature person much loved by us all and always showing me respect I want you take over the responsibility of the 3 semi detached houses and the one detached house in limerick drive when I've gone.

Shamus thanks his Dad very much and assures him that he will take over the responsibity.

Paddy then beckons his daughter Brigitte, over to his bedside : "Brigitte with you being the most thoughtful and sincere and having the beauty of your mother I'm leaving you the two guest houses that I have in Culraine avenue" Bridgette thanks her dad with a loving kiss to each cheek and one to his fore head.

At this point both the Nurse and witness look at each other with eye brows raised.

Patrick Jnr. is then asked by his father to sit beside him and to listen carefully as his life is quickly ebbing away, "Patrick the eldest of the children and the one that I have great respect for on how you helped and comforted your Mam, your younger brother and sister to come to terms with this moment, I leave you with the 2 office blocks in the town centre. Patrick Jnr wipes way the tears and thanks his father with all of his heart.

At this point now both the nurse and the witness silently gasp and can't believe what is happening.

With Paddy now struggling for breath and having to rely on an oxygen mask in intervals, he takes hold of his wife's hand and looks at her with all his love that he has to offer and says " Mary my dear wife for over 40 years ,who has stood by me in times when I've struggled to make ends meet, to give me three wonderful children and always making sure there has been food on the table I leave to you the 4 residential retirement homes on the outskirts of the town.
On hearing Paddy's last offering both the Nurse and the witness are totally bewildered and cannot believe what was being left to Paddys family

At that Paddy passes away.

A while later when both the nurse and the witness approach Paddys wife they say that although they knew that her husband was known for being hard worker, they did not realise he owned all these properties.
Paddy wife replies " Owns these properties !! that's his fekking WINDOW CLEANING ROUND

Overview
Pre-Feasibility Study ('PFS') now re-scoped to include optimisations, will result in an updated timeline for the final PFS report, individual modules of the PFS will be released as they are completed starting November 2018 with final report released to market Q1 2019.
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ('ESIA') continue to advance and completion is expected Q4 2018.
Chairmans Statement:
"Trenching was also undertaken at Moriusaq, and whilst the full results are expected later this year in Q4, initial indications are very encouraging."
As a consequence of incorporating these optimisations, it is now expected that the final PFS will be released during Q1 2019. Although we are disappointed with the delays, it is important to note that these project optimisations will expand what is already an economic development into a significantly more robust long-term operation.
Outlook:
It is because of this scale and grade, together with our strategic location in Greenland, that our ilmenite product is so highly sought. Finalising discussions with offtake partners is a critical focus for us and whilst commercial negotiation can be a lengthy process, we are confident that the end result will be a positive one.
Finally, the last hurdle to production is undoubtedly the grant of our exploitation licence. This application process continues to advance positively, and we continue to enjoy a good relationship with the Government of Greenland and the local community within which we operate, as evidenced by a number of constructive meetings held on site during the 2018 field season. We will of course continue to keep shareholders updated on developments relating to this licencing application as they occur.
Lets also not forget the two interviews that featured Rod McIllree,both with a positive approach and statement.Both well worth another watch.

Looking at the time difference of twenty seconds between each trade that are of both the same volume and value,it looks like a rollover. Also with the time of transaction being 10:52 but not shown till after 16:30 its known as a delayed trade.
Looking at both my brokers share chart for today and The interactive share price on London Stock Exchange it does favour being a buy.

There again I suppose there's a small element of improvement from your post a while ago where you stated you had 6,900,000 shares in SXX, but sold 50% that you said left you with 3,400,000.

What happened to other 50,000 shares?

No doubt you'll endeavour to have this post removed, like you did last time I asked you the same question.

Just to clarify my post this morning @09:12 was a copy of the tweet posted by the two bit analyst co. Align Research.
The line of :READ IT- LAUGH AT IT- THEN BIN IT was referring to their abysmal attempt in response to the RNS issued by JAY

Take away from Blue Jay Mining #JAY results this morn - MORE delays to PFS, offtakes and EIA & SIA & ultimately exploitation licence application. Funds now just £11m v £150m mkt cap. Remains bonkers to us & cap raise looks v likely in near term.
