Yes a lot them will not be used, but even if two or three are used it will still mean the consortium working at full capacity for months or years to come. There will be enough work for everybody. The sooner the whole population can be tested the sooner we can get back to normality.

Ethio I agree with everything you've said except the last bit. I honestly feel the uk-rtc will not be the only ones rolling out antibody tests. Eleven different lateral flow devices were tested in the trials. The consortium will only be able to develop 10mil tests in 6 months, and that's when Omega and the others are at full capacity. That's not even a quarter of the population.

Those antibody kits will be flying off the shelves the minute they arrive, uk-rtc will not be able to keep up with demand. I see more players being involved in this. You know what this govt is like, cagey with the truth.

Now that results are coming through from the trials, means an announcement is imminent anytime now. Results are showing high accuracy so validation will be a formality. Looks like the long wait is finally coming to an end.

We have kids going back to school soon, hospitality companies will need to be reopened, dentists will need to be reopened, stadiums and theatres still need to be reopened, and the dreaded autumn and winter is looming.

Make no mistake, there will be a big announcement soon that testing will be ramped up both antibody and antigen, and there will be a new tracking app so that we will know where the virus is and to update test results straight to NHS. Lot's of work going on in the background.

This will soon pop without a doubt. Only those that hold there nerve at this difficult time will be rewarded.

pablo23 - yes that's pretty normal. Your trade is queued, it hasn't actually gone through. The MM's will try to sell your shares for more by raising the SP. If it doesn't sell for the amount they want, then it will go through at the end of the day for the price you bought it at. The MM's delay trades all the time if they think they can get more for it.

There's nothing more I want to see than the SP go up as I'm heavily invested here. But this week has been a very average week, I think we'll finish the week at 55p if no news.

Beginning of the week these two were neck a neck. Now 4D is pulling away. Glad I invested over there as well.
