USA and UK the worst hit countries. USA and UK the first countries to have the cure. China very quiet. All very suspect to me but hey, what do I know.

If the govt takes there foot off testing (both antigen and antibody), especially with winter approaching, many will die. It should be business as usual with testing until vaccines are confirmed to be safe and ready for rollout. I can't see this happening until Feb at the earliest.

The number of people that have now died of Covid19 in the UK is 55,000. Antigen and Antibody tests are now in place, I can't see why the govt would change that when it has taken months to get the tests to the level it's now at. Because of the Vaccine announcement I think the current test setup will continue well into next year or until when the vaccines are ready to be rolled out. But the ramp up to 300,000 tests per week that was talked about will probably now not happen.

Two pounds for this stock is still possible but highly unlikely, but that's just imo. Maybe between 80 - 1.20 is a more realistic figure. If you download the dataset from the govt website (below) you will see that antibody testing is still very much ongoing. Assuming the current testing setup continues as is and nothing changes, we could see ODX hit the figures mentioned earlier.

RegulatorUK - Matters regarding the Consortium is not a red herring. It greatly affects the percentage of profits that will be made by each member, which in turn affects the SP.

bakedbean4 - Are Ciga and BBI still members of the Consortium, and how long has the MOU been extended for? It's pretty obvious the Consortium still exists in some capacity.

Vascular - I've read that RNS a thousand times. The question is are all members still members of the ukrtc and how long has the agreement been extended for. The specifics regarding the renewal of the contract hasn't been clear.

This is exactly what I said the other day, and some dork responded by saying they have signed a contract with Abingdon to produce the tests, so they have been transparent. This begs the question what has happened to Ciga and BBI who are also members of the consortium, does the consortium even still exist? We were all aware that the agreement ran out in October so we were expecting an update, but nothing was announced.

On top of that the BMJ announcement has caused concerns. Although the statement was cleared up by Omega and Abingdon, this has still raised a few eyebrows, and as we know there is no smoke without fire.

Lot's of buyers as well. They're buying faster than they're selling.

I don't get my information from the posts, I get it from valid sources. Abingdon do not give out figures on their binding contracts with third parties. Nowhere in their prospectus do they state how much money DHSC will be giving upfront. If they have then you will have to show me because I don't see that statement anywhere in the prospectus.

"We know that UK gov have given abingdon £1M for materials. If ODX decides to make tests for which there are no orders, exactly who do you think is going to pay for the materials and production of those tests, given the known financials above?"

As stated above, no exact figures have been published, these are just assumptions. What we do know is that the Consortium has been working with the govt for many months now, from trials to production. They have been supplying the govt with molecular tests for months as shown in the link below, as well as the new lateral flow tests. No one knows the exact figures of the volume and costs of the tests made during the trials and the ones sold commercially. All will/should be revealed in the end of month update.

To all those that were wondering how AFC were going to manufacture our off grid products from a dingy shed in Luton, well here's your answer. A 30,000 sq ft facility right next door to the shed for a measly £300,000. That's what you call a great business move. Well done AFC.

£1M for materials? Where do you get this information from, it's obviously incorrect. Omega have only paid to expand facilities, they certainly wont be paying for materials to make the tests, that's absurd.

In just over six months Cathal Friel has taken Open Orphan from a MCAP of 35M to a current MCAP of 168M. Cathal is a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2020. ORPH is in a very strong financial position with little or no debt. I have every confidence in Cathal and the company. The only way is up from here. Patience required.

Looks like the UK contract is still in tact until October next year. Which means all the other contracts we have for our Primestore product is more than likely still ongoing. The Vaccine hasn't changed anything.

Mars1 I think the 75M contract in October is for the overall contract, and the two 10.3M orders are for the actual 1M test kits ordered for that month.I could be wrong but that’s how it looks.

I'm looking forward to hearing the exact amounts we've earned from the first set of tests sold to the Govt,
and whats planned in the coming months. I expect the Fundraise to have covered expansion costs with
profits left over. Looking at last years results Omega was financially sound with very little debt. This years
Interim results wasn't too bad either but Covid has definitely impacted business especially abroad. But the
Fundraise and UK contract and other sales will hopefully cover any losses.

I think Omega will have a decent end of year results and don't see the SP dropping too much after it, that's
unless we hear bad news about the UK contract. It may dip a bit until we get more news but I think we will
maintain our current momentum, slowly creeping up.
