Spot on Froggy, this company has been significantly reborn, since the addition of JMK. The company is now dragging Leon along, under the ever watchful eye of JMK. I, strongly believe, we shall start to see the fruits very soon. A purpose, a structure, control. Yes very importantly control. The stabilisers have been bolted onto Jubilee. For this very reason i am going to vote yes. This power used appropriately and with JMK holding the purse strings, i believe we can at last transition into a copper force in Zambia. Its in our hands now. We have the assets and i believe, in JMK we have the guiding hand to get us there.

Junior, i’m with you. I’ve got no idea who it is. However any credible party sinking lots of money into Greater Molefe will attract lots of investment, i believe. Who do you think it is?

Sumo, read between the lines. Who invests all that money. Gives up their right to fleece the company in favour of developing the company. Sounds like our fairy god mother has just arrived to me.

Hey guys, ive read this RNS eight times now. My initial thoughts were more dilution! No way.

But then i thought about it. They had to remove the dilution clause from the AGM, because the institutional investors were not prepared to support this. Whats changed? The answer is nothing! We know they have the funds for Roan and Sable. In fact, Roans front end is being bought into action as we speak. The dewatering system is complete and 75% commissioned. Could be 100% by now. This equates to a massive % increase in production. The board must be expecting the vote to be succesfull to bring this to an EGM. So i read the RNS again and again. There are some key statements in there.

1) The investor holds a track record in the development of various copper projects.

2) The investor is keen to support Jubilee’s copper exploration and mining strategy in Zambia.

3) The investor recognises the potential value offered by the companies exploration and mining strategy. They seek to expand production while targeting similar near surface deposits.

4) They plan to aggressively pursue additional exploration and mining opportunities in the greater Molefe region. Whilst discussing a longer term strategic partnership.

5) The investor has agreed to immediately convert the CLN to shares. ( i think the investor does not wish to fleece investors with high interest like a normal predator. This is a major concession.)

6) The investor has expressed a broader interest in supporting Jubilee’s long term copper strategy.

The more i read the RNS, the more positive i become for the above reasons. I believe we have an activist investor coming on board. Somebody willing to build a stake in the company whilst developing the company. The likes of Warren Buffet, Elon Musk come to mind! I doubt its them, but it does sound like a very important player. I am guessing they are coming in with a small investment to remain anonymous. Over 3% and they have to disclose. £1.5M buys a lot of shares initially. Im guessing when we know who it is the share price seriously increases and Jubilee becomes credible. This is just possibly the biggest RNS Jubilee have ever issued. Just who is this mysterious investor? Giving up their right to interest payments and wants to actively grow the company!

Circa 3 or 4 years Dru! ( probably being kind to Leon there!). I can see 7-8k tonnes of copper per year in sight now. Which does a lot of damage now with copper at $13-$14k per tonne. I appreciate this will not all be cathode, but a different world from $8k copper! @ Sumo- the invite is in the post! Lets hope they’re not using Royal Mail!

Very much alive and in the building HD. Still accumulating slowly. No matter how angry and bitter some have become, i believe the party is going to start soon. We are on the verge of a sustainable increase in production, which will lighten the mood and change sentiment. At which point we should see production step change in relatively short periods of time. It wasnt what we originally bought into, but if M and the greater area turn out to be a chicken dinner, it could be greater than originally thought. Its just going to take several years to prove up all that land. In the meantime we can slowly watch production grow at long last.

Leon confirmed at the AGM, once the front end is commissioned again after the rainy season, it would run straight through the next rainy season. This was a very specific question of mine, which Leon answered and i double downed on the question to check Leons commitment and he assured it would go straight through. I note in the last update, they are now talking in excess of 40kt per month throughput. Which is much more positive wording. Hopefully they are gaining confidence in the set up.

In January Slater held 313M shares. Slater now hold 354M shares. A substantial increase so far this year. Which you are fully aware of and certainly sharp enough not to miss this. The TR1 i believe is well overdue from them and probably just ticking their compliance procedures and reflecting their current percentage holding.

They also stated at the AGM, there was indication of a sulphur reef. I believe they saw transitional oxide to sulphur. Indicating a larger sulphur mass. This is all becoming bigger than any of us thought. Its becoming very clear why SA was removed from the equation.

Morning Jonah. Leon confirmed this wave of drilling was only aimed at the oxide layers. Primary purpose was to form a mine plan. Later drilling will be aimed at the sulphide layers. Possibly with a view to us mining the oxide layers and then selling to the big boys for the sulphur mining. I would imagine as soon as they have any indication to the size of the sulphur deposit, Jubilee will look like a cream cake the fat cats could not resist.

Have just communicated with JMK. In his rush to get news out to shareholders, he timed the publication of results to the wire. He was expecting the relevant paperwork from the competent person to arrive yesterday, in time for the release today. Unfortunately the competent person is travelling and did not live up to his side of the bargain. Jon and his team were working past midnight to try and resolve the issue. I would imagine Jon is very upset and angry, because his primary aim is to improve communication and keep shareholders informed without delay. JMK is turning this company around. Whats a few days more.

8) the 40% remaining zinc dump. 60% was sold last year, with discussions currently being held on the 40%. Potentially $10M plus inbound anytime soon.

You haven't got to be a rocket scientist now Northern, to read between the lines and join the dots! The picture is becoming clear. SA was given up on a whim! There is real purpose here! Drill baby drill.

Well, it does seem a resounding vote of confidence in Jubilee. I have just spoken to JMK, who confirmed the owner of the LWP and the provider of the high grade feed have the legal right to demand shares in their contracts. They clearly see substantial value in Jubilee and very little risk. They were even happy to entertain a premium. I would imagine the owner of the LWP is very close to the action. I await the resource definition with anticipation.

Oh my word! Really sounds like the two dime mob are really upset. Anyone would think they had some shares!!!
