Inward Remittances. I don't need to say more. Do any of the naysayers here doubt we can get 1% of our user to use our software to transfer funds from abroad at very competitive rates? £5 revenue from a £100 transfer for just 2 mill of them and thats £10 million. That's basically the current company mcap.....Anyone doubting this?

And we have almost half the population on our user database, 22 million, likely to be mostly the younger half more likely to travel outside of the country to work. I've said it before and will say it again. We need less than 1% of those users to use our app with much more competative rates and much eaiser use than companies like western union and this is a highly profitable company, without Tencent, without anyone. Release in less than 3 months. Holding tight here. News on any front can come before hand.

The figures are pretty ridiculously amazing then, first year we could easy have one percent of users and £14 +million revenue for the year from the release date. Very conservatively £100 million MCAP. Fund raising complete and rumours (and some evidence of a potential link to Tencent). Really have everything going for us here. Buy and hold tight, everything you buy at now is a bargain if you dont mind waiting a while.

Ok thanks Tony, great figures, so call it less than 1% of users (200k) people sending £200 a month home avg. at a competative 3% fee and at much greater ease than other competitors. So 200k x £6 x 12months =£14.4 million revenue. More than our current MCAP, in revenue p/a. That's conservative estimates and without Tencent involvement at all! Transformative indeed.

Hopefully the same volume without any selling from Atlas, presumably this will give us some uplift. A lot of potential here so not worried. Ignoring game income etc. Rough numbers for the new digital wallet. 22 million users. Lets say 10% of them decided to use it and send £500 back to their family a month and we take a *1%* i.e £5 fee (VERY competitive compared to Western Union and the like). £5x2millx12months = £120 million revenue a year. Even 1% take up i.e 200,000 people and thats £12 million revenue which is pretty much our current MCAP! No wonder there is so much interest! Happy to hear others thoughts on my estimations?

I think we are actually clear now. Not expecting many/if any more large delayed sells as I think they have all gone through during trading hours. Moving forward if the buying pressure holds up we will see some nice upwards movement. Mms can't use so many tactics now as they will just not have the shares the play with.

TBH. If its a buyer. Great. If it's a seller, chances are it's Atlas. Looks good to me either way.

Yeah I agree. Juat going off the 1-2 million chunks that have been sold today (presuming Atlas) I guessing at 3mill share left to sell. IMO. Of not sold in last few mins. Once those sells fade out.. :))))

Nearly sold IMO. By the end of the day almost for certain. Great news for the company. Dont think so short term. All cashed up now :)

All very exciting, Railsbank aiming to be the world leading compliance focused banking platform is no small statement. 12.5% of that that company is no doubt to be a very lucrative deal/partnership. Excited to see what our product will bring as the functionality of the GBv2 app etc will not just give an indication of our success with GB v2 but the success of Railsbank and their APIs and the 12.5% stake we hold. Railsbank reaching a 100mil mcap (which I don't think would be too much a stretch in the next few years) would mean our stake is equivalent to our current Mcap, without even taking Goldbloc or our other assets into account should we have very little take up (very unlikey IMO). As Nigel said, banks need to be very compliance focused these days and it's stopping the smaller start ups from hitting the floor running. Big banks are working on broken old legacy systems with slow compliance procedures, if they are going to compete they will need to start from the ground up rather than trying to fill in the cracks. New rules means a new efficient systems to effectively comply with those rules. Railsbank are will be taking a chunk of any new fintech business way before a big boys take proper notice, by which time IMO Railsbank will be turning some serious heads. Only takes a few successful fintech businesses to explode under the Railsbank platform for it to go major. Exciting times indeed. Owning 12.5% of them is a huge plus for me. 100% ownership of our GB v2 product and future control of product direction unquestioned now. Locked in and loaded for product release and initial numbers over the next few months.

This scenario is perfect for me. Wasn't planning on selling any shares in this timeframe and we'll be knocking out those shorters instantly from re-admission. All developments will be provided as normal and we don't have to monitor the manipulation sheet we see every day. Sit back and enjoy your summer, they buy yourself some Goldblocs when itnis released. The number of shares sold between 100% ownership RNS to the suspension does not shout sell off to me. I suspect TRAC holders have held fast and it was just everyday trading activity. That being said, it could be 100% TRAC holders but again its just very unlikely given it wasn't all at once and similar to previous day trading (if not less). I suspect that TRAC holders know full well what is coming here and didn't sell a bean. IMO That is VERY encouraging given that as you say SEA their share in the company became easier to sell on the open market for that period of time. Very exciting few months of updates ahead for those whom beleive in this company. The company continues to develop and GB release will avoid some manipulation which is no bad thing. Great news for LTHs :)

Nothing to date suggests this company makes a habit of cock-ups. I think they would have consulted their NOMAD at all stages in the last 6 months or so and so it was more likely inevitable. We will all find out once we have seen the presentation next week. I think people are forgetting the company will continue to develop and release gb v2 by end of q2. This suspension is no bad thing in my eyes.

You either beleive in this company or you don't. I beleive it will do well and hopefully during this suspension will see some important and exciting developments before it is re- admitted. I certainly don't think TRAC holders would have agreed to take LION shares if they were going to drop in value. Plus they may have more knowledge on the product that will be released. Don't feel sorry for those who are bitter that they are out now. Hopefully we will get a decent re-rate in 3-4 months. Gold strike in Finland would help too.
