Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Read somewhere that LSA was valued at 410 a few years ago (maybe higher now due to LHR deal), 250m ish debt...?
Still 16p+ of equity if they manage anything.....?
Great RR considering TOSCA have increased
All IMO
Actually took some near close today, looked a slow and steady rise so market believes there's some hope rather than a false spike....
Think it continues a move up until the next 'deadline', although timeframes should be thrown out of the window now considering this came from nowhere
Still risky of course but the situation de-risked quite significantly for me
DYOR etc
Not invested as have been burnt on the big drop.....but still watching with interest as there is significant upside if there was a chance of solution
If i'm honest, this RNS caught me by complete surprise and its a positive one
Vermelho was their only angle and they've used it
Still a watcher, but there's a lot more hope than yesterday
Not unreasonable, but 21% YOY growth, and an improving EBITDA/reducing debt when many predicted a lot worse(myself included) gives them enough time to see better
It's better bet at even 20p now than 11p yesterday
All IMO
Olive, when you consider the expectation was disaster, bust or fire sale like the shorts expected and many including LTH expected, excellent is probably an understatement. To achieve improved EBITDA, reduced stress on debt covenants, growth in the recurring revenue aspect as planned in this environment, means the sector is well alive and the company knows how to take advantage of it.
In a weird way, Im kind of glad no offer was put through, as now the ceiling and price has just shot up significantly. Think about the fire sale touted at 40p.... when things pick up for real, this goes back into the £s IMO
Still at below 2x EBITDA, when industry suggests 7-10 +
Absolute steal and de-risk today, some patience and it re-rates.
All IMO

Surprised at the fall here, especially with the good updates recently not to mention the COP28 agreement....
Can only imagine there's a seller still offloading, nearly at double bottom now, so hopefully a sharp recovery soon
All IMO
No reason why this shouldn’t be in the £2s unless a virus hits or something…
The directors dont whack in £400k+ at 1.90 or so if they didnt think so
absolute steal IMO
Just been a big seller here for a while, must be done or near done....first time its 'bounced' after a big print
Should really be in the low £2s
Let's see
IMO
