Did the Sinosteel contract not solely refer to funding at MT? Surely we can't acquire land (NYUD) then enact the Sinosteel deal to fund mines that we didn't own when this was implemented, a whole new contract would need to be drawn up with more favourable terms for us given the size and scale. Especially with ROSGEO as a JV partner now and the references to state backed funding options which we could go down.

Leads me to believe you can't bring in the sinosteel money if you're selling MT and if that's the case what are we selling. I presume it's MT+Flanks. ROSGEO JV EuaV2.

Amazon have set up their own lab in Salford to facilitate PCR testing offered at £34.99, apparently gold standard test. I haven't seen anyone RNS a contract yet.

Don't forget that we are also diluting the shares so 300 mil mcap may be 18p with the current amount of shares in circ but not for long. I am new and don't know the ins and outs but am I right in thinking 75 mil placing and a further 8 mil for qualifying PIs to start, with the pricing given on or around 29th. Then I presume the remaining are redeemable at a certain price agreed with the investors ? Or at certain stages of development ?

Can we create speculation the JORC wasn't done accurately and we need to enlist another company to carry out the task and publish their report. Perhaps then we may get an RNS on the matter and finally see the detail.

Very true it is all dependant on personal circumstances but a point well made was that you could potentially make your mortgage repayments each year if you invested with the potential proceeds from here.

You could plan for an even earlier retirement if you made 5%pa for a few years instead of paying off the mortgage early.

Woah lets not be too hasty Jonni, im trying to remortgage as we speak to get another 20K for the markets lol. However with the equity I now have in my house my repayments would remain the same as currently so not that bad. Mortgage freedom is nice but i wouldn't rush to put it all in to clear the mortgage as some here say, potentially pay your 10% penalty free lump sum over the next 5 years then remortgage and decrease the term ?

100K paid off on the mortgage makes 0% interest but even 50K in the markets making 5% pa is worthwhile.

@assettime there's no issue for most if it has been kicked down the road. An asset sale once resources are proven in multiple areas will only lead to a higher price and more cash in my back pocket. I don't really see an issue with it, there has never been a time frame given by the BOD purely people creating one in their own minds. What information can be given about interested parties ? We have been told there is now more interest, less a binding offer all other information is irrelevant ?

Are you working with shot glasses for your 2% ? I prefer a pint glass. I'm a realist kinda guy that the SP swings +/- 2% multiple times per day and doesn't need to be posted about until an actual movement.

We already have half of the money signed, sealed and nearly delivered. The BOD are just working off the banks timelines, if it's extended into Q4 then we sit and wait, if it is delayed i doubt it would be by much otherwise it would have been known and given to us via RNS.

@stevo i would imagine its the case with not wanting to upset the apple cart from previous fund raise or giving a ridiculous discount to the SP after the jorc.

We can only speculate but that's all this board has been since feb when we were suspended from trading. I don't necessarily have any feelings towards the BOD, my average is low enough that i'm happy with what I have, either way i'm in it until the lot is sold or mined.

Yes and that's fine Testing but it doesn't change the fact we can raise the money after the JORC when the SP is higher and we have less dilution, so why raise when we did ?

Just a couple of questions if anyone can put their answer on a postcard.
Why did we raise at the time we did ? If we are expecting the JORC to be so fundamentally changing to our SP outlook and people saying about new ATH being achieved then why did the BOD raise funds prior when the JORC RNS is expected soon?

Also how can we put out an RNS stating that we are able to mine 1.7x the previously thought amount per annum yet the SP dropped back to create the average of 26.5p on that day, neither of these things make sense to me and less the MM games for my second question the first one has me questioning why, without being able to raise any good answers, we already had 20 mil in the bank so it wasn't exactly necessary and we could have diluted a much smaller percentage.
