No! Placing already happened... EGM to complete the recent placing after the last announcement...

Interesting day for a Friday!!! Very good volume with approx 80% buy's.... With little price movement!!! Seems to be hanging back before it breaks out! Like a pedigree race horse....

In addition Hopefully news on the Nasdaz listing in the next few weeks! DJI did say in there last update early Q3 2016...

Where do we think this share price will get to: I've seen various quotes on other sites suggesting anything up to £13:75 a share based on the 2019 profit forecast.. 2Billion mcap company... I think this Could be possible but there's a lot to deliver. As a guesstimate i think somewhere between £1.69 a share (Mirabaud forecast for the next 12months which does not include lottery no's) & £3:50 within the next 12 months, subject to revenue's hitting planned forecasts & Nasdaz listing!!! I would be interested in anyone's view proposed target's share price!!!!

Another good article from Michael Walters today. Detailing the recent share price movements & the ability for this share to increase considerably over the coming weeks, months & years with the current partnerships in place & new deals to be completed... + suspension to be lifted & conserative forecast numbers be Mirabaud... Roll this forward 12 months! Could be a very interesting share....

If you want to read the Mirabaud report it is now listed in the news section of the DJI website... Big numbers... Let's see where this share price moves to over the next few weeks... Nasdaz listing due in July!!! More liquidity....

Up nicely today! Looks like the Mirabaud reports is getting out in to the market place now & people are realizing the big potential of this share...

My understanding is the placing with Mirabaud is with there institution clients.... So, Hopefully long term holders...
