Early doors? Good buying before close, may have a little rise on open!?

Agreed, it looks oversold to me, bought in just before close for a punt to see if we hit above 5p early doors tomorrow. GLA

NAV update is due in 5-6weeks, last time NAV was calculated it is 63p so would be nice to get even half way to that! GL

I hold a fair amount! Been in for months now and come down to near my average! Missed on sone great investments in the mean time... Still believe it will come good and we will all be rewarded. GL

Enlighten me on my so called ramps? The figures are clear to see and a NAV update will be out soon...

Can i ask how alerting PI's to an extremely undervalued share is ramping? The commercial property market is picking up and this share should follow suit... trading on atround 30% of it's value currently.

As i said yesterday the interims are due in about 5-6weeks according to Hemscott, i can't see NAV falling much IMO if at all, if it does i would like to think high 50's is the lowest. At high 50's we are still trading way below NAV and now the commercial property market is starting to look a little brighter i am more than happy being in at the bottom, i think that with a little market awareness the sp could potentially double from this level which still leaves it nowhere near NAV and then as the market continues to grow once again the sp will grow with it. All IMHO. GL

Interims are in 5-6weeks so will be interesting to see any change on NAV. I feel that now is the perfect time to buy in as this is the lowest point we will see. MM's extremely low on stock! Impossible to buy online with Halifax atm... Can sell for 16.11p... with just a few buys now they will have to raise the sp! GLA

Good to see a little tick up here, volumes picking up as well... next week could be a very good week with a bit more interest... there is only so much volume the MM's can put through before hiking to price up as there are so little shares in free float. GLA

volume pass through here today! A 10k buy is already in this morning... hugely undervalued, just needs market realisation... 63p NAV! GLA

I have bought in today, trades have been going through plus. You can buy @ 16.9p so spread is alot lower than shown. Look at the recent results NAV is around £10.6Mill and current market cap is £2.6Mill, steal at this price IMO. GLA

NAV is 4 times current sp... property stocks been moving well of late and this could fly with a bit of market awareness... not alot of shares in issue and only about 30% in public hands! Keep an eye on it... GLA

Nice buys going through of late, a huge 227,272 buy came in today which was delayed from yesterday. Hope for an update soon and then we should see some great appreciation in sp. GLA
