The company's past performances raises many more questions.

What happened to previous commitments in Ghana? They did quote "significant potential" at the time of acquisation after fund raising.

I understand even industry experts can also miscalculate and or overestimate project potentials, but 3 projects terminated without results?

A company need the time to develop, but why change because 3 projects didn't work out. Why not stick to gold rather than switching to oil and gas? Do these guys have a clear vision and if we are unlucky this time, will they change again to finding copper or whatever that might interest them?

Recent events suggests hyping expectations and underperforming, which appears to be following the same pattern as we've seen from the past

Goldcrest Resources plc (now known as Block Energy plc) during the periods 2014-2015 raised funds and also took out loans for acquisitions in Ghana which at the time believed to have significant potentials.

This included the prospects of Akoko, Zamsa, and Fumbisi. All of which were terminated in 2016. The company continued to fund raise and in 2017 acquired the acquisition of Georgian Oil and Gas Assets, Norio.

It was at this point Goldcrest Resources pls decided to change its name to Block Energy plc. The company also announced Directorate Changes.

Very interesting the company have decided to change their approach from Ghana gold to Georgian oil & gas.

I'd go if this share pays out by or before the end of year.
