It's a slow news period and it's given us a taking point for the last 3 weeks or so that to be honest probably none of us will care about when when we see the plant has been unloaded on the X pictures pretty soon.

There seems to be a tiny amount t of traffic in expected arrivals into Abijan anytime coming from China. I don't think the information is available on Chinese departures?

I still see that big news being something physically on the ground in Mali, probably the concrete is down before the rainy season ie something that ppl can see and attribute to being progress and confirming timelines are going to be hit.

Lavender, I took pre-strip to mean clearing to get to the mineable material and assumed that was why it was after some of the DMS stuff was talked about. Just my interpretation.

I think it may have been the update and associated interviews etc at the end of March / start of the month. It has just taken a week or so to drift back down this time. Will be interesting times for the remainder of the year, guess rainy season will be a key time in the calendar.

Genghis, I would put EEE in the feasibility phase of that pathway so we're staring down the barrel of a 1-2 year 'lull' in proceedings? Interested to hear where others place the company or if they see an alternative route. Does anyone here see EEE in its current makeup being the ones to take Pitfield to production?

First time poster here.

Titanium mined in Australia at various concentrations etc all sounds very exotic and perhaps removed from everyday usage. A couple if weeks ago I was watching a BBC program called "in the factory" detailing how various everyday items are produced. This particular episode was about Farrow &Ball who make paints and wallpaper (high end quality I think) and it showed the process of mixing up the emulsion paint yes the stuff we decorate our houses with) and the large proportion of titanium pigment that gives an initial bright white colour. This helped me see that there are huge everyday uses and therefore markets for our production not just some abstract mineral. Think the program is on iplayer if anyone wants a look!
