The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
we going to see 80p today? Sttong Wall St could push it there...GLA
decided to dip the toe back in to bring down my average. Things are on the up...I hope but long term looking to cash in on the takeover and/or Euro 2021 followed by World Cup 2022. Should be a good 18 months or so if the current situation eases which looks like it's starting to....in EU and China at least. GLA
pain to come and not just here. Saving the pennies at the mo. GLA
Get a grip. Don't you think potential suitors for itv are also going to be struggling? I can't see any takeovers happening during this period. Business has shut down. When it recovers, itv will recover with a subsequent rise in price and therefore takeover price. GLA
3 months?! Very wishful and naive thinking. This will continue to rumble on. No vaccine for at least 12 months...and by then it msy have mutated as these things tend to. We are around 3/4 weeks behind Italy. Everything points to acceleration. Olympics will be cancelled. Schools will not be back before Sept. Anyone not prepared for the long haul is deluded. I'm buying ...at some point...only for a takeover as the strongest come out the other side and snap up the weaker ones. GLA
buying at the moment is a few bricks short of a load. While it is always impossible to buy at the bottom, this is only the early stages of this crisis. No Love Island, no Euro 2020, no BGT etc....the big earners for the foreseeable. And that's ignoring the almost inevitable divi cancellation although that has had a positive effect on the price of other companies who already have done that. This has got more to fall...looking for 30/40p now...GLA
for a stock market suspension methinks. Everything else is shut down. Why continue to punish stocks? Buy in target price now 50p...or maybe 40 or.... How deep this will go is anyone's guess. Forget the tin hats...it's into the bomb shelters time! GLA
today but unfortunately I think there's worse to come. Adjusting my buy in price to 80p... GLA
Why ask?
1. Because they can. Everyone's opinionis valid.
2. Because someone with x thousand posts wjo thinks they know it all actually knows about as much as anyone on here.
3. Because I'm invested and have a very valid interest in itv.
Let's see how far this falls. I'm sticking by my guesstimate of 90/95p. GLA
Only a bit?! Crazy times...
Absolutely. Think this may well test year lows in the not too distant. Rolloercoaster ride over the next couple of months at least...
I'm waiting to buy in around the 90/95p mark to bring my ave down to around 125/130 mark. Then keep everything crossed for that TO. GLA
people snapped up some bargain prices today here...and elsewhere. Big question is: will the lows be revisited for more buying opps over the coming weeks? My guess is yes...but time will tell...
Amazed. An "experienced" long term investor of TW like you seriously thinking that a post or two on a BB will affect investors and the share price? The spectacle of a grown man (I think) actually pleading in such a pathetic way is cringe worthy. You were going to buy a bunch? What utter drivel! This is a forum where people can...within reason...post opinions and whatever info they like. It's not a censorship where we just get positives. Get a grip for god's sake!
Whilst I agree with most of your comment...and although this is doing well at the moment, it is clearly irresponsible to ramp this up with silliness of a future proof market. Absolutely nothing is future proof. GLA
God help us all if this lot of lunatics are given control of the asylum. Therefore, I think a buying opportunity will present itself over the next few days/weeks for the brave... GLA
What, like the feeling you get after unloading a big fat dump? OEX is a dog of dogs...along with ROSE, TRP and all the myriad other so called brgain/get rich quick oilers. AVOID.
Anyone sinking more money into vast..including averaging down...must need committing to Bedlam. Extremely high risk, historically very volatile and never delivers with constant delays etc etc. Hold on until this spikes again...then sell, quickly.
from my years of AIM ****e like this and experience of Vast in various incarnations, holding my breath and I am expecting the worst. And so should everyone. Many a slip from cup to lip...and this, almost certainly, will be no exception....
Buy? Do so and it'll probably be more like bye bye to your well earned. And I hope Terry is taken to the cleaners (after a good kicking in the balls) like he took everyone else...
