Dont punish yourself think 'i should have ' or 'if' Maybe if you sold today at 4.5 it would go up to 10 pence Surely we all sold to early before Just buy hold or sell and move on but its happening what meant to be happening and dont punish yourself with those thoughts This thinking helped lot in this game and in life in general
