Won’t disagree with you saying it’s a good buy at this level but the rest….lol…..low price due to seller…….it’s got a lower share price and NAV than over 5 years back. That along with many missed promises and very bad management over the years is the reason it’s now at a bargain price. But yes. It’s very cheap right now and could easily double from here
