RE: Mickymix and Dd7 Jan 2021 11:41
That's the problem, it's all supposition and conjecture, ifs, buts and maybes. Nothing solid, much like the pie in the sky revenue predictions of £10mil. Those are the people you should be having a pop at; the screeching rampers, high as a kite on multi-bag pills or more nefariously, just pumping and dumping. For the record, I am not a day trader, I prefer to take the long road with a company but only when there is something clear and more obviously solid to invest in. That's not to say I don't mind the odd higher risk punt on the back of mass hysteria carrying momentum upwards...for (usually) a short time, which is why I sold out yesterday on a circa 40% gain, not 200% as I think has been claimed, although I wish it were that. I've seen all this madness before during the dotcom boom and got seriously, severely burnt, my worst stock (all jam tomorrow but a darling at the time that could do no wrong) falling from, if I recall correctly, approx £38 to mere pennies and I mean pennies. Think it went bust in the end. All I'm trying to do is inject a little reality into what I see as history well on target to repeat itself, and especially when people have staked their hard earned on promises and expectations that could easily turn out to remain just that. God forbid. I dearly wish it was that easy we could all just keep on making money but the game doesn't work like that, especially all the more so nowadays. Don't be the one left holding the parcel of poop when the music stops.
