Q1 update needs to be positive and from then on into profit every quarter. It's then possible to see it climb around 60. At a current price of 28p no sensible company is going to pick up a tab for 5x this amount. With the report out first offer coming in will be 55/60 it may then push to 72p that's it. This is if they make an offer and at the moment that hanging by the wire.. I think WOODS could regroup and not accept any offer below a £1 and turn this company around. Clear out present management and we have a chance. The skills are there its a shame that managements are a bunch of muppets that have crucified the shareholders.

I believe we will see the report in mid April. It's the end of the financial year and this makes common sense. Sidari are still waiting for this report. Woods has more than likely assured Sidari that the company is sound. But nothing is going to happen until that is out. Woods may have signalled to Sidari that under no circumstances are they going to take less than a £1. £1/£1.30 is my take on it. Sidari will offer the day before the report and the report the day after. If they walk away then the report is not good. Dyor

Yup pretty painful to say the least. I need to get this to 86 just to break even.

I've always said untill that report was made public no offer will be imminent. And I'm afraid that's the case. To much speculation. Wait for news that will clear this up.

Possible insider knowledge of the stock rating down grade from Jefferies was surely known in advance to allow any shorts to exit. This has been done deliberately to allow any RNS to come through by the 24th. These people blatantly manipulate the share price in full view of every trader to benefit these richer companies. Lets all hope we here some good news next week.
