Also bear in mind it is not predominantly rural as the rest of Lincolnshire, it has S****horpe Steel works and the Immingham refinery, not exactly clean employers and certainly a blog on the landscape. They are becoming a bit above their obligations as councillors, total disregard for progress and the possibility of being awarded costs against them. Not fit for purpose. Let's see how the next application goes
