so the shorting cable are claiming that its marked down to zero where do they stand if for example frr were to remain delisted but a one off payment was issued due to a jv with BP and a payment which was distributed to shareholders away 2p per share are the shorters liable for that payment? Or as its marked to 0p they have collected their winnings?

Cyrox we are yet to be using peak demand for oil yet and they say in 10 years time will be at its peak before the world demand is in decline so plenty of time to make on oil shares as there will be a lot of spikes and dips as it will become an even more volatile market

I personally think there are some novice shorters who listened to the likes of TW crew crew and placed this CD shorts on their advice and not knowing the true consequences of what could be lost some may have assumed it'll just wipe out any money in their account but not with IG can't say it would be the same set up for other brokers??

No one knows that but if he has got the short through IG platform then he'll owe them what ever the sp ends up on dependant on relisting eg. If he had shorted 5 million shares at 0.5p the peak before the descent it would had cost him £2,500 as IG have a 10:1 leverage so if frr relists e.g 3p so we get a job announced with BP all hypothetical
Then that short owed is £150,000 and IG will collect there money through a payment plan or sale of possessions ultimately the way out of it would be to declare yourself bankrupt

According to Baker Hughes Rig Count,the main oil industry survey which records drilling activities not just by BH,no rigs appear to be operating in Georgia as at March 2019, nor have been for the last year as far as I can see.It is a free public record you can check for yourselves.

In my opinion people are making up a wish list of events and reporting them as facts.The facts are I am afraid that FRR is hopelessly insolvent and its unpaid debts to suppliers around $25m @ June 2018 are so high & so overdue that it will be having extreme difficulty operating in Georgia.It will be hard pressed to keep its existing wells open as creditors press for payment 24/7.

I've written it off for that reason TSBS I've managed to scrape 2k and invested in SIA about to pay a 5.5p/ share dividend so a yield of around 7% felt good pressing the buy button on a different share it's been about 7 years since I've done that

Have you noticed that there is a lot of negative posters saying they have no financial stake with frr being a short but they are taking a lot of time to go on bb forums it's all bollox
