I take your points i probably should have worded it better if a restructuring happens and we relist then a global stock market crash is not a good situation to be in regarding any industry as sentiment is low and mass sell offs arise but beggars cant be choosers were probably a long way off from relisting and if we are bought out then that scenario doesn't matter anyway just doing some musing while we wait

Seamenp911 yes edale reduced holding just over a percent thats why yesterday was a high volume day they sold approx 1 million shares and thats why the 24% initial rise got held back looks like it will stay around this sp until further news is released

Sold approx a million shares yesterday that's why the rise never sustained

Thanks for the replys that ckears it up for me as you say it will hopefully start the sp re-rating it deserves all i know when trying to but TEK shares ive always paid a premium NT trade I feel these are tightly held but as they say everyone has their price

Im still struggling to understand the dual listing so American investors will be buying shares in TEKCF will this represent any percentage of TEK?
When they purchase eg. 10,000 shares in TEKCF who is that money going too?? If TEK are not raising any money from this float?

Can someone explain the details of dual listing will it create cash for TEK as for example they have 100 million shares to float on OTC say at 20 cents per share would give 20$ million as the buyers have to buy them from TEK?

Dave id be disappointed that sp is less than when we de listed 0.3p is 30p 100:1 consolidation youd want at least a pound or 1p a share for all the missed opportunities while we have been delisted

Havent they built x amount of the X-PLO2R units and it's just a matter of getting FDA approval so further down the line than before where it was just a concept??

if its as bad as they are making out then in the restructuring process they might do it so zazas share interest is diluted to next to nothing, the same for the rest of us ??
