If someone was over exposed to 1 share people de risk with profit makes perfect sense go all in on one share start to de risk when in profit not my strategy but heard of others do it

I think the selling is done and it will move on small volume now need the next peice of news as a catalyst i did sell some of my shares but not at the peak around the 14p 15p mark still hold 500,000 i put it into KEFI which are now going on a bull run and if news lands on funding could see it do well

TA, sentiment and the right news all work in tandem and should propell the sp north to many multiples

If we own 17.8% and we have 10.5 million shares then the total amount of shares is approx 59 million so to take up the offer to have 17.1 million shares the total shares will be 65.1 million how many more options and warrents will be available for other investors?? So we cant assume the new amount TEK will own will be 26% as the total amount of new shares be issued is unknown how does an IPO work then?? Do they release a percentage of the company to raise funds to build the company e.g release 65.1 million shares so dilute existing holders say at a price 50p a share to get £32 million to fund the ongoing work??

Most the shares i bought were at best price the market makers make a packet on this per trade but volume is low on most days so dont make that much per day with this one i suppose if you put in a best price theyll execute at 15.5p?
