i use iweb who i think are owned by halifax , no frills �5 a trade in share account and isa also.

goes to show they can mark it up on basically no trades when they want , same as they can drop it when they feel like it imo

so the issue of equity was fully taken up by this one party from the 18th at a huge discount . then the company , even though informed on that date , delayed the notification to throw peeps off the scent ?. if wrong feel free to correct me on this. just a big hmmmmm

whilst i agree with some of that , shouldn`t they have reduced before at a higher sp ? , most major holders would have done so. there is a hole to be filled which is why the sp has fallen , the market doesn`t like uncertainty . all dependant on final terms now as to how they fund it. like any other share this could be a steal if it`s a favourable agreement , or if not then lower she goes , either way in this market we`re buying into potential and it`s the risk you take at any sp. aimo , gla.
