Looking at the huge sells in the first 40 minutes of trading this morning, it seems that the big seller is still offloading £20,000/£25,000 clips.

To say I am peeved off is an understatement. The CFO is normally the closest person in on the numbers and the fact that his old man is offloading is not good. It means the old man has been given a nudge and a wink and told that the potentials bid discussions are not going anywhere.

Bent market if we are now told none of the bids are progressing and back to sub 9p despite the good update yesterday.

One wonders why people who have no faith in the company don't simply sell up and seek greener pastures elsewhere? Getting emotionally attached with a company is a recipe for disaster in my view for us mug punters. We are simply here to make money and remain solvent, whether you hold for a day, a week, a month or years, if you are not making money, share dealing is perhaps not for you?

I never considered Chaarat to be a serious contender, it looks like they are already involved in M&A activity somewhere else and are currently suspended from trading. The Chinese are the real contenders and I believe we could see a bid as early as this week as the company has not yet released its Q3 Production and Operational Update which was released on 21st October 2021 last year.

Hold for the bid IMO. 25p gets my vote.

What is the company's cash position as I do not want to get caught out by a placing at say 0.10p. This is a traders dream at the moment. DYOR

I had no issues with the options yesterday as the directors could easily be buying now under 2p.

For them to target a SP of 3p in order to exercise the 2p options is a good thing in my view as they surely see the SP going to 3p eventually.

I thought my £2,000 buy was enough risk for me but clearly there are bigger fish playing here.

The amount of £20K buys is staggering...surely this is not retail punters like us loading up??
